We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, the ability to support the sales team, and experience in handling day-to-day sales operations.
Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and retailers for smooth business operations.
Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis.
Manage order processing, billing, and dispatch follow-ups.
Maintain sales records, agreements, documentation, and customer databases.
Follow up with clients and distributors for orders, payments, and queries.
Track sales targets and ensure timely communication of updates to the team.
Support in planning and execution of promotional activities or schemes.
Work closely with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.
Handle day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks related to the sales department.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
Understanding of FMCG sales processes and distribution network
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong analytical and coordination skills
Proactive attitude and team-oriented approach
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred)
2–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in the FMCG industry
