We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive (Fresher) to support our sales team in lead coordination, client communication, and basic sales operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start their career in sales and business development.
Coordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities
Follow up with leads and prospective customers via calls, emails, or WhatsApp
Maintain and update customer data and sales records
Prepare basic sales reports and MIS
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and order documentation
Handle customer queries and ensure timely responses
Support field sales team with backend coordination (if required)
Ensure smooth communication between sales, accounts, and operations teams
Any graduate / final-year student (BCom, BBA, BA, BSc, MBA – preferred)
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
Good communication skills (English & local language)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Willingness to learn sales processes
Positive attitude and team player
