The Pune location only serves as the physical workplace. About Us OM Tubes & Fittings, Mumbai, is a manufacturer of instrumentation tube fittings and valves, and a stockist of high-quality tubing. We supply to industries across Maharashtra and pan-India, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to expand our customer base and convert prospects into active buyers. Role Overview A desk-based domestic sales role focused on cold prospecting and lead generation for OM Tubes & Fittings. You will identify potential buyers, reach out to them from scratch, and work to get RFQs (Request for Quotations) flowing into our pipeline. The goal isn’t a fixed monthly sales number — it’s converting the right contacts into qualified RFQs that the team can close. Key Responsibilities • Cold prospect new leads — research companies, identify the right buyer/decision-maker, and initiate contact • Make outbound calls and send emails to start conversations and generate interest for OM Tubes products • Drive a steady float of RFQs by getting prospects to share their requirements • Follow up consistently across calls, email, and WhatsApp to keep leads moving forward • Coordinate with the OM Tubes (Mumbai) team for technical specs, pricing, and quotations • Build relationships with procurement and engineering contacts at client companies • Maintain accurate records of all leads, calls, and follow-ups in our in-house CRM (training will be provided) • Hand off qualified RFQs and warm leads to senior sales for closure on large orders Required Skills & Qualifications • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / Engineering preferre
