Job Description – Sales Coordinator (with Marketing Responsibilities)

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers until closure.
Coordinate between sales, production, design, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain sales records, CRM, follow-up trackers, and customer communication logs.
Assist in basic marketing tasks such as creating posts, brochures, and promotional content.
Support field sales team with scheduling, documentation, and client coordination.
Conduct market research to identify new leads, competitors, and industry trends.
Manage email communication, proposal drafting, and customer database updating.
Attend customer calls/messages and provide timely updates on order status.
Help in organizing marketing campaigns, trade events, online promotions, and lead-generation activities.
