Job Description: Sales Coordinator /Sales Executive
Manage e-marketing activities including B2B portals, bulk emailing, SMS campaigns, advertisements, and website updates.
Generate, track, and distribute sales inquiries/leads from B2B portals and other online/offline sources.
Handle customer interactions via B2B platforms, email, phone calls, and provide basic customer support.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, R&D, production, technical support) to align customer requirements with company solutions.
Assist in tender-related activities and company registrations with government organizations.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proforma invoices, work orders, dispatch instructions, and order reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer details, payments, dispatches, and MIS reports using Excel/CRM tools.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, key decision-makers, and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities, convert leads into sales, and support business growth in the Industrial Paints, Pigments, FRP/GRP, and composite materials segment.
Support pricing discussions, contract finalization, and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
