Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation through IndiaMART, preparing quotations, coordinating with customers, following up on payments, maintaining sales records, and assisting the sales team in achieving business targets. Experience in the medical devices industry, particularly ICU and Critical Care products, will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

 Generate and manage sales leads through IndiaMART and other online platforms.

 Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.

 Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product information to customers.

 Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.

 Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.

 Maintain and update sales databases, customer records, and lead trackers.

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS reports.

 Track pending payments and coordinate with customers for timely collections.

 Assist in tender-related inquiries and documentation whenever required.

 Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and service departments for smooth order execution.

 Maintain sales data sheets, customer databases, and performance reports in Excel.

 Support management with sales analysis and business development activities.

Required Skills

 Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Life Sciences, or related field.

 Good knowledge of IndiaMART lead management and inquiry handling.

 Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

 Ability to prepare quotations and sales documentation.

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare Equipment, ICU & Critical Care Products.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
