About TripRoadie: TripRoadie (ABTR RIDING INDIA PVT LTD) is a fast-growing travel brand focused on premium community experiences and bespoke corporate retreats. We are looking for a high-energy Sales Hustler who is ready to build the B2B and B2C pipeline from the ground up.
B2B Hunting: Proactively reaching out to Corporate HRs, Admin Heads, and Residential Societies to pitch offsites and group tours.
Lead Conversion: Handling all inbound B2C inquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings.
Field Work: Conducting physical meetings with decision-makers to close high-value group deals.
Pipeline Management: Maintaining a clean record of all leads, follow-ups, and payment statuses.
Absolute "Hustler" mindset—comfortable with cold calling and field visits.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Professional communication skills in English and Hindi.
Must have own conveyance for local client meetings.
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month.
Conveyance Allowance: ₹2,000 per month (fixed).
Incentives: Uncapped. Average performing executives earn ₹25,000+ in incentives based on booking volume and B2B closures.
