We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – Backend Sales Operations to support our sales and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales coordination, order processing, ERP systems, and reporting within the manufacturing industry.
Coordinate with Planner and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely material availability
Oversee and ensure adherence to sales process compliance and company guidelines
Understand customer requirements and ensure a customer-centric operational approach
Process sales orders accurately and monitor execution through ERP systems
Prepare Credit/Debit Note workings and coordinate with the Credit Control team for issuance
Manage and maintain MIS reports and dashboards including:
Order booking status
Clearance schedules
Revenue tracking and forecasting
Ensure smooth backend operations to support the field sales team
Work closely with internal stakeholders for effective post-sales coordination
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
6–8 years of experience in backend sales operations / order management in the manufacturing industry
Strong command of ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards)
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Strong understanding of the sales order lifecycle and internal control procedures
Ability to multitask and deliver accurately under tight timelines
