**Job Summary:**

We seek a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our grain processing sales team.

**Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate sales activities for rice mill, flour mill, and other grain processing machinery

* Manage sales leads, contacts, and customer interactions via phone/email

* Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and presentations

* Maintain accurate sales records and CRM database

* Liaise with internal teams (engineering, production) to ensure sales alignment

* Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity

* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering or related field

* 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or grain processing industry

* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

* Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
