Role Overview:
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for handling company-provided leads, consulting clients on ProServe services, and driving business growth through sales conversions and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound sales calls with 2.5 hours talk time daily.
Manage leads through the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.
Pitch company services to potential clients and close sales.
Maintain daily/weekly reports on sales activities and performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (Freshers welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Compensation & Growth:
Training Stipend: ₹18,000/month (3 months bond period).
Post Training CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA + Incentives.
Clear growth path to Senior Consultant, Team Leader, and Sales Manager.
