Job Opening: Car Sales Consultant (Automobile Showroom)

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Car Sales Consultant to handle showroom customers, drive sales conversions, and contribute to revenue growth through strong customer engagement.

Job Title: Car Sales Consultant

Location: Ludhiana

Experience Required:

• 2–5 years' experience in car sales

Qualification:

• 12th pass can also be considered

• Good knowledge of car sales process required

Incentives & Earnings:

• ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 per car

• Opportunity to earn ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month through incentives (performance-based)

Job Description:

The Car Sales Consultant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining vehicle features and offers, conducting test drives, and converting prospects into successful sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Attend and manage walk-in showroom customers

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable models

• Explain car features, specifications, pricing, and ongoing offers

• Conduct and manage test drives

• Follow up with leads to improve conversion ratio

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

• Coordinate with finance & insurance team for loan and documentation process

• Ensure smooth billing and vehicle delivery process

• Maintain long-term customer relationships and generate referrals

Requirements:

• Valid Driving License (DL) mandatory

• Good driving skills

• Strong communication and customer-handling ability

• Target-oriented and positive sales attitude

Languages Required:

• Hindi

• Punjabi

• English
