Sales Consultant

Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultants for a leading automobile dealership. The ideal candidate should have experience in car sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience. The role involves assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchase journey while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements and budget.

• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

• Guide customers through the complete vehicle buying process.

• Coordinate finance, insurance, exchange, and documentation.

• Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Follow up with walk-in customers, enquiries, and existing customers.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.

• Stay updated on new vehicle models, features, and market trends.

• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• 1–5 years of experience in Automobile/Car Sales.

• HSC/Graduate (Graduate preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

• Valid Driving License is mandatory.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in passenger vehicle dealerships such as Toyota, Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Kia, Honda, MG Motor, Skoda, Volkswagen, Renault, Nissan, or similar automobile brands will be preferred.
