We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator – GeM Coordinator to manage and handle all activities related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for bid participation, order processing, coordination with government departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales through the GeM platform.
Handle complete operations of the GeM portal (Seller Account Management).
Search and analyze new tenders/bids relevant to company products.
Prepare and submit bids/tenders on GeM portal.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal sales team for pricing and documentation.
Manage product listing, catalog creation, and price updates on GeM.
Follow up for bid results, reverse auctions, and negotiations.
Process GeM orders, generate invoices, and ensure timely dispatch.
Maintain proper documentation as per government compliance.
Coordinate with government departments for order execution and payment follow-up.
Track performance ratings and buyer feedback on GeM.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Support sales team in other coordination activities.
Good knowledge of GeM portal operations.
Understanding of government tendering process.
Strong documentation and coordination skills.
Good communication (written & verbal).
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in GeM handling (preferred).
