Roles & Responsibilities –
Coordinate with the sales team, dealers, distributors, and customers for daily sales activities.
Process sales orders and coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
Maintain sales records, customer databases, and order status reports.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and pending deliveries.
Coordinate with the production department to check product availability and delivery schedules.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Track sales targets, achievements, and outstanding orders.
Handle customer queries related to product specifications, pricing, and delivery status.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of electronic products.
Maintain records of dealer schemes, discounts, and sales promotions.
Support the sales team in preparing MIS reports and sales performance analysis.
Coordinate with the accounts department for billing, payment follow-ups, and outstanding balances.
Maintain proper documentation and update sales data in ERP/CRM systems.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth business operations.
