Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Sales Coordinator with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering sales support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for backend sales coordination, client communication, and after-sales service management. Fluency in English, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and a solid understanding of mechanical products are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients and the sales team to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.

Handle backend sales operations and documentation.

Support after-sales service processes, including follow-ups, feedback collection, and issue resolution.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely responses to queries.

Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and reports.

Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, service) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage CRM systems and maintain updated records of communication and transactions.

Draft professional emails, proposals, and other client communication documents.

Key Requirements:

8–10 years of experience in a similar backend sales/support role in the manufacturing industry.

Strong command of English (spoken and written) – English medium background preferred.

Excellent client coordination and after-sales service skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
