Sales Co-ordinator

We are a growing web design and development agency working on custom Shopify and WordPress websites. With a talented team of 6+ developers/designers, we deliver modern, responsive, and conversion-driven websites for global clients through platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.

Now we’re hiring a Sales & Project Coordinator to manage leads, clients, and team workflow.

🎯  Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming queries on Fiverr & Upwork

• Chat with potential clients and write clear, professional proposals

• Assign tasks to internal team members (Shopify / WordPress)

• Track project timelines and follow up on deadlines

• Perform basic quality checks before delivery

• Update clients with progress and resolve issues (if any)

• Maintain project board (Trello/Notion)

Requirements:

• Good command of written English (professional messaging)

• Basic understanding of Shopify & WordPress (no coding needed)

• Familiarity with Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.

• Strong sense of responsibility, deadlines, and quality

• Confident to communicate with international clients

• Can manage multiple projects & coordinate with team

🧠  Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate (BBA / BCA / Mass Comm / English / Any field)

• 1–2 years experience in freelance sales or coordination (preferred)

• Freshers with smart communication skills can apply too

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
