Key Responsibilities:

Sales orders receive karna aur system me entry karna

Invoice & Delivery Challan banana (as per sales order)

Dispatch team / transporter ke saath coordination

Order status ka follow-up (dispatch, delivery, pending)

Sales team ko backend support dena

Customer se coordination (order confirmation, delivery schedule)

Daily sales report aur dispatch report maintain karna

Basic GST details check karna (billing purpose ke liye)

Stock / material availability ka coordination store team ke saath

Email, Excel aur ERP / billing software par kaam

Skills Required:

Invoice & challan knowledge

Basic GST understanding

MS Excel & Email handling

Coordination & communication skills

Accuracy aur time management
