Profile:-Sales Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

‣Technical Consultation: Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions. Advise customers on the best products, features, and services that meet their needs.

‣Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to present product demos, offer technical insights, and help close deals. Present and explain technical aspects of products or services to customers in a clear and understandable way.

‣Product Presentations: Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and technical workshops to prospective clients to showcase the value of products or services.

‣Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth. ‣Address customer queries and concerns, providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.

‣Proposal Development: Create customized proposals and quotations based on customer requirements. Work with the engineering and product development teams to design solutions for customers.

‣Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes. Maintain records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

‣Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products. Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to help improve the product offerings.

‣Training and Support: Provide technical training to customers and internal teams, ensuring proper understanding of products and services.

‣Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, customer service) to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.

‣Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs by converting leads into successful sales and maintaining existing customer accounts.
