Job Title: SALES COORDINATOR
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The Sales Coordinator will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth execution of sales operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to the sales team.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
Maintain and update sales records, agreements, and contracts.
Track sales performance reports and share MIS with management.
Act as a point of contact between clients and the sales team.
Handle client queries promptly and professionally.
Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and documentation.
Coordinate with accounts, supply chain, and operations teams.
Assist in inventory tracking and product availability updates.
Generate regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and client interactions.
Support sales head in preparing presentations and proposals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer support.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
