Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding orders, quotations, and deliveries.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Follow up on pending orders, payments, and dispatches.
Maintain sales reports, customer records, and order details.
Coordinate with Accounts, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
Track sales activities and prepare regular reports for management.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word is required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively with multiple teams.
Prior experience in sales coordination will be an added advantage.
