Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, order processing, and dispatch schedules.
Prepare and manage sales quotations, proforma invoices, and customer documentation.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
Maintain customer records, sales reports, and MIS in Excel/ERP systems.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets through effective coordination.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
Experience in manufacturing, PVC pipes, building materials, industrial products, or FMCG will be preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP software.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
