Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and contribute to achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have any degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate sales activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and support day-to-day sales operations
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and deliveries
Act as a point of contact between sales team, customers, and internal departments
Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
Support sales promotions, campaigns, and meetings
Ensure smooth order processing and doc
Qualifications & Education :
Any Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred)
Required Skills :
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Strong coordination and organizational abilities
proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus
Good Analytical and reporting skills
Ability to Multitask and work under pressure
Customer focused and result oriented mindset
