The Sales Coordinator is responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing customers, achieving sales targets, and supporting overall business growth. The role involves market development, customer coordination, quotation follow-ups, order execution support, and payment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Conduct regular follow-ups for offers, orders, and payments
Coordinate with internal departments (production, planning, dispatch, finance) for smooth order execution
Track order status and update customers accordingly
Maintain customer data, enquiry records
Prepare sales reports
