## Job Description (JD)## Roles and Responsibilities:

•

• Order Processing: Handle daily sales orders, invoicing, and data entry using Tally.

• Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients to handle queries, provide quotes, and update order statuses.

• Documentation: Prepare sales reports, quotation formats, and maintaining digital files in MS Office (Excel & Word).

• Internal Alignment: Coordinate closely with warehouses and logistics teams to track pan-India product shipments.

• Digital Correspondence: Manage daily sales emails, web inquiries, and client follow-ups via the internet.

## Required Skills & Key Competencies:

•

• Software Knowledge: Hands-on proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime and MS Office (especially MS Excel).

• Speed & Accuracy: Excellent typing speed for quick data entry and documentation.

• Tech-Savvy: Strong internet research skills and email etiquette.

• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
