TruCut Precision Tools Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of precision carbide cutting tools serving the automotive, aerospace, die & mould, and general engineering industries. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Indoor Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Prepare and follow up on quotations.
Coordinate with the Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams for timely order execution.
Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales records.
Update and maintain CRM/customer databases.
Coordinate with field sales engineers regarding customer requirements.
Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/MBA preferred).
1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Customer Support.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and ERP/CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is an added advantage.
