Responsibilities
1. Helping the sales team to improve their productivity and ensuring all sales representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
2. Handling urgent calls, emails and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates and scheduling marketing events.
3. Be in touch with company’s clients and understand their needs clearly.
4. Inputting orders in Panel, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
5. Fix delivery schedule and confirm with administration and production department.
6. Coordinate between administration, production and dispatch department for implementing delivery schedule.
7. Forward purchase order to accounts for preparation of bills.
8. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports and provide financial information to the accounts department.
9. Take feedback from the customer’s post-delivery of goods.
10. Making the company’s products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
11. Preparing monthly sales reports and submitting the same to the senior level management.
12. Organize seminars and presentations to explain key points to the sale team.
