WE ARE HIRING – SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi
Position: Sales Executive
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

The Comfort Seatings is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, communicating with clients, following up on enquiries and converting enquiries into orders.

Experience in furniture, interior, hotel, restaurant, banquet or B2B sales will be preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, online enquiries and other sources.
Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable furniture products.
Explain product features, quality, materials, pricing and customization options to clients.
Prepare and share quotations with customers.
Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups and sales.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams regarding customer orders.
Follow up for advance payments and order confirmations.
Identify new business opportunities in hotels, restaurants, banquet halls, cafés, offices, architects and interior projects.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and email.
Confident in speaking with customers over phone.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Honest, hardworking and disciplined.
Ability to follow up consistently and close sales.
Furniture/interior sales experience will be an advantage.
Freshers can also apply.
