Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and platforms such as Justdial, IndiaMART, and GeM Portal.
Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, presentations, and customer follow-ups.
Provide accurate product information on Power & Video Solutions, including UPS, batteries, inverters, and related solutions.
Handle customer inquiries related to products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules while ensuring a professional customer experience.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales documentation, customer interactions, and sales activity.
Prepare and update sales pipelines, forecasts, performance reports, and management reports.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Stay updated on product developments, technical specifications, market trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers.
Collect customer feedback, identify concerns, and coordinate with management to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Strong communication and coordination skills, a customer-focused approach, good product learning ability, and proficiency in maintaining sales records and reports.
