Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help manage client relationships. The candidate should be confident in communication, coordination, and handling sales-related tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

· Handle client inquiries via calls, emails, and messages

· Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer records

· Follow up with potential and existing clients

· Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and invoices

· Coordinate between clients and internal departments

· Support overall sales and marketing activities

Requirements:

· Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

· Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

· Strong coordination and organizational skills

· Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
