Key Responsibilities: -
{Tele calling & Lead Generation}
Make outbound calls to potential customers and industries.
Handle inbound inquiries from phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Generate new leads for electrical products such as stabilizers, battery chargers, panels, etc.
Follow up with existing and new clients regarding quotations and requirements.
Interns Hala
Sales Coordination: -
Coordinate between customers and the sales/technical team.
Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations.
Maintain customer database and lead records in Excel/CRM.
Follow up for orders, payments, and dispatch updates.
Customer Support
Respond to customer queries regarding products and pricing.
Inform clients about order status, delivery schedules, and delays.
Maintain professional communication with clients.
Reporting & Documentation: -
Prepare daily call reports and sales reports.
Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
Support management with MIS reports and sales data.
Required Skills:-
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Confident in tele calling and client interaction
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and documentation
Ability to follow up with customers and close leads
Organized and multitasking ability
Qualification
Graduate / Diploma in any field
Experience in sales coordination or tele calling preferred
Fresher with good communication can also apply
