Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Chembur
Job Role:
Respond to and manage incoming customer inquiries and leads.
Prepare and share proposals with prospective customers.
Schedule and coordinate product demo appointments.
Conduct follow-ups with customers after demonstrations to gather feedback and drive conversions.
Negotiate commercial terms and prepare/send quotations as per customer requirements.
Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team to ensure smooth communication and deal progression.
Coordinate with the technical vending machine team and customers for installations, service requests, and technical support requirements.
Generate and maintain monthly sales reports and performance summaries.
Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and opportunities.
Conduct customer retention and conversion calls, including efforts to re-engage and convert inactive or exiting clients.
Serve as the primary communication bridge between customers, the sales team, and the technical team.
Maintain technical records and documentation related to customer calls, service requests, and support activities.
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns by coordinating with relevant internal departments.
