Job Description

We are looking for Estimator to join our team.

Attending inbound & outbound calls of potential customers and following up on leads.

Listen attentively to clients questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage product sale.

Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

Create & deliver accurate and timely quotations in ERP software.

Follows up on outstanding quotations to secure orders, improve quotation process and measure effectiveness.

Ensure that all quotes are compliant with company policies and procedures

Provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information for all products and services requested

Prepares weekly reports for Management using daily updated Quote Log.

Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage daily workload

Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Training will be provided related to ERP Software

Required Skill:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Must be attentive to customers needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction
•Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
•Knowledge of sales standards and customer service routines
• Knowledge in Ms Office.
