Job Description :

Prepare and send quotations to customers.

Follow up on inquiries, orders, and payments.

Process sales order and maintain records.

Coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts teams.

Handle customer calls, emails and queries.

Track order status and ensure timely delivery.

Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Experience in manufacturing/packaging industry preferred.
