Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the activities of the Pan India sales team.
Handle and maintain records of TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) for sales staff.
Receive, process, and track sales orders from clients and team members.
Ensure timely order confirmation and communication with relevant departments.
Update and track dispatch details of goods, including delivery status.
Maintain records of invoices, bills, and billing documents.
Coordinate with transporters and manage bilty/LR (Lorry Receipt) documentation.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for logistics and dispatch operations.
Manage and organize digital content of books/products, including updates and sharing with the team.
Act as a communication bridge between sales team, warehouse, accounts, and management.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, dispatch status, and pending orders.
Assist in resolving customer queries related to orders, dispatch, and billing.

Required Skills:

Qualifications:
