Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Backend Sales Coordinator to join our team at Speedofer Components Private Limited. The role involves supporting the sales team by handling order processing, customer coordination, and maintaining accurate sales records. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14,000 - ₹17,000 and is ideal for candidates with a technical background and strong computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers for order follow-ups, confirmations, and delivery schedules

• Prepare and manage sales orders, quotations, and invoices using Excel and internal systems

• Maintain and update customer databases, sales trackers, and reports

• Work closely with the dispatch and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Handle basic technical queries from customers related to electronic components

• Ensure accurate documentation of sales records and communications

• Support the sales team in day-to-day backend operations and data management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: ITI in Electronics or Electrician Trade

• 0 - 1 years of experience in sales coordination, support, or a related role

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations

• Basic understanding of electronic components and technical terminology

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with various teams

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
