Job Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing client communication, preparing sales documentation, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The candidate will act as a bridge between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team to manage client requirements and inquiries.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS reports, and presentations.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for order processing.
Handle email communication and documentation related to sales activities.
