Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Andheri, Mumbai , Maharashtra

Reports to: Sales Manager, Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to provide essential administrative and logistical support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will be the central hub for sales operations, ensuring our processes run smoothly and our sales representatives have the support they need to succeed. This role is crucial for maintaining strong client relationships and helping us achieve our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage and update the CRM system, maintain sales records, and prepare detailed sales reports. Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing travel arrangements.

  • Order and Logistics Management: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment, shipping, and invoicing.

  • Client and Team Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, and handle correspondence with clients and partners. Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments.

  • Sales Process Coordination: Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents. Help qualify incoming leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and other key metrics to help the leadership team make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.

  • Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.

  • A proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.
