Sereno Solutions Private Limited is a growing B2B company operating under the brand CleanersKart, supplying housekeeping chemicals, hotel amenities, cleaning products, disposable products, and institutional supplies to corporate clients across India.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business leads through phone calls, internet research, and online B2B platforms.
• Handle customer enquiries and convert them into qualified business opportunities.
• Work on IndiaMART and other B2B portals for lead generation and enquiry management.
• Assist in handling the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal, including bid and tender participation. Complete training will be provided.
• Prepare quotations, maintain customer records, and update lead status in MS Excel.
• Coordinate with customers regarding product enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Make outbound B2B calls to hotels, corporate offices, institutions, hospitals, schools, industries, and other potential customers.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
• Maintain daily activity reports and CRM/lead tracker.
Candidate Requirements
• Female candidate preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and basic computer applications.
• Confident in making outbound calls and interacting with business customers.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
