Position Overview
The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. This role requires a blend of organizational skills, technical understanding of precision instruments, and proactive customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist sales team with quotations, order processing, and follow-ups.
- Client Communication
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and IndiaMART.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and manage sales documentation including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Marketing & Lead Management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional materials are up to date.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education : Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience: 1–3 years in sales , preferably in industrial or lab equipment |
Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of weighing systems, load cells, and lab instruments |
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi |
Software Proficiency : MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), CRM tools, IndiaMART portal |
Organizational Skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively |
