We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Sales Executive to join our CRM & Digital Marketing agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, consulting with prospective clients on their marketing and customer relationship needs, and selling tailored digital solutions including CRM platforms, email marketing, automation, and analytics services. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through outbound efforts, networking, and inbound inquiries
Understand client business goals and recommend appropriate CRM and digital marketing solutions
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, technical) to ensure solution alignment
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline in CRM software
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor offerings
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within digital marketing or CRM services
Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), marketing automation, and digital channels (email, social, web)
Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
