About the Role

Royal Touch Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and client communication.

This is a back-office coordination role, not a field sales or telesales job.

⚠️ No field work. No cold calling targets.

Key Responsibilities

    •    Handle new enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email

    •    Understand client requirements and share product details/catalogs

    •    Coordinate with sales executives for site visits and follow-ups

    •    Prepare basic quotation drafts and share with clients (training provided)

    •    Maintain enquiry, follow-up, and client records in Google Sheets / CRM

    •    Track shade cards and ensure proper issue/return records

    •    Follow up with clients as per schedule and update status

    •    Share daily and weekly work reports with management

Requirements

    •    Graduate preferred

    •    Minimum 1 year experience in sales coordination / back office / admin / customer support

    •    Comfortable with WhatsApp, Email, Excel, Google Sheets

    •    Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

    •    Organised, responsible, and disciplined with follow-ups

    •    Comfortable with structured, repetitive office work

Monday to Saturday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
