Role Overview:-

We're building a sales training company that helps automotive dealerships and retail businesses build high-performance sales teams. We're looking for candidates who have a strong sales background themselves and are interested in teaching/coaching others.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Outreach and relationship-building with potential clients (dealerships, retail stores)

- Representing the company in client meetings

- Assisting in training sessions/workshops, and eventually delivering training independently

- Contributing input to training content and curriculum design (based on real sales experience)

- Collecting client feedback and improving programs

Requirements:-

- 1–4 years of experience in sales (automotive, real estate, insurance, or high-ticket retail preferred)

- Strong communication skills (both Hindi and English)

- Practical experience in objection handling and closing

- Coachable attitude — open to learning new methodologies

- Comfort with presentation/public speaking (or willingness to learn)
