Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Sales Coordinator to support and strengthen our corporate and institutional sales operations. The incumbent will act as a central coordination point between corporate clients, internal sales teams, hospital partners, and property partners to drive revenue growth, ensure seamless booking management, and enhance overall client experience.
Key Purpose of the Role
· Coordinate with companies to generate and support corporate sales and business development activities.
· Drive consistent sales follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed business.
· Manage and support bulk bookings and corporate reservations.
· Facilitate onboarding of new corporate clients and medical tourism partners.
· Coordinate with companies for tie-ups, rate negotiations, and service agreements.
· Ensure timely follow-up on corporate leads and proposals.
· Track sales pipelines and maintain updated MIS reports.
· Handle bulk and long-stay bookings for corporate clients.
· Support onboarding of new properties for corporate and medical tourism segments.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
· Monitor booking conversions and revenue performance.
· Strong documentation and reporting skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
