Sales Co-ordinator

Position: Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments.

• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales orders.

• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.

• Maintain customer records, sales data, and order status reports.

• Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Process purchase orders and prepare order confirmations.

• Monitor order progress and update customers regarding delivery schedules.

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.

• Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and monthly sales summaries.

• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and business development activities.

• Schedule customer meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up calls.

• Support participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events.

• Maintain CRM/ERP systems with accurate customer and sales information.

• Coordinate payment follow-ups and outstanding receivables with customers.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience with ERP/CRM software.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or inside sales preferred.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
