We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with strong communication and coordination skills to support the sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

• Coordinate with the sales team and customers for orders and requirements.

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and sales reports.

• Follow up with customers for pending orders and payments.

• Maintain customer records and sales data.

• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and dispatch.

• Handle calls, emails, and regular customer follow-ups.

• Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Required Skills:

• Strong Communication Skills

• Work-Oriented and Result-Oriented Approach

• Good customer handling and follow-up skills

• Strong coordination and teamwork

• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel
