Sales-Coordinator
Key Responsibility Areas: (Mandatory
Support the sales team by handling daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations between departments.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, order tracking sheets, and customer databases.
Coordinate with clients to process orders, follow up on payments, and resolve issues promptly.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation for clients and management.
Communicate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, production, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Track and monitor sales targets and performance, providing periodic updates to management.
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the sales team.
Manage correspondence, such as emails, calls, and inquiries related to sales and customer service.
Maintain inventory levels related to sales materials, samples, and promotional items.
Contribute to marketing and promotional activities, including coordinating events or campaigns that support sales goals.
