Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Telesales (Primary Role):

 Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services

 Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales

 Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers

 Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline

 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

 Maintain call records and update CRM systems

Sales Coordination (Support Role):

 Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation

 Coordinate with clients regarding order processing and delivery updates

 Maintain customer database and sales reports

 Assist the sales team in tracking targets and performance

 Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, operations)

 Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support

 Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales-related data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business/Marketing preferred)

 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales coordination

 Excellent communication and persuasion skills

 Strong phone etiquette and customer handling ability

 Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

 Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage

 Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
