Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Coordination & Communication:
○ Call consultants of construction sites and communicate with site owners to obtain contact details of site engineers or coordinators for device installation.
○ Explain the site requirements, including power supply, pole/wall mounting, and ideal placement of devices where dust is minimal.
○ Follow up with builders’ and site engineers regarding site prerequisites and installation readiness.
○ Share reference installation images and prerequisites through WhatsApp messages to site engineer for understanding.
2. Documentation & Reporting:
○ Maintain a structured daily report sheet with color-coded status updates and remarks, and share it with the AMC team.
○ Cross-check all site-related information with the sheet to ensure accuracy.
○ Ensure all necessary documents, including GST certificate, email ID, and contact details, are obtained before installation. 3. Installation Planning & Execution:
○ When the site is ready, fill the Project Knowledge Transfer (KT) form and inform the logistics team for delivery challan preparation by giving Project ID.
○ Coordinate with the finance team to initiate a Proforma Invoice after receiving the GST certificate and link it to the project KT.
○ Ensure that the billing address matches the GST certificate, and the shipping address is the site location.
○ Schedule and oversee installations, aiming for at least 3 device installations per day.
○ Guide the builder/site engineer on selecting the best installation location and obtaining site photos/videos.
○ If site engineers are not responding in sharing site images, visit the site physically for selection and installation.
