Role: Sales Coordinator

Location: Harohalli , Kanakpura

Exp:2-5years ( Exp in Printing and packaging or Manufacturing Industry)

6 days/week

Role Summary

The Sales Coordinator manages the order cycle from enquiry to dispatch. You will keepcustomers informed, make sure internal teams have the right information at the right time,and keep orders, artwork and documentation accurate and on schedule

Qualifications andExperience

Graduate in any discipline. A diploma or degree in Printing/Packaging Technology is an

added advantage.

2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in

packaging, printing or manufacturing.

Understanding of cartons, board grades, printing and finishing processes, and job

cards is preferred.

Skills Required

Strong written and spoken English; Kannada and/or Hindi is a plus.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and Word. Experience with ERP/CRM

systems is preferred.

Clear, professional communication with customers, including large corporate clients.

Attention to detail, especially on specifications, quantities and dates.

Ability to follow up persistently across Sales, Production, Quality, Accounts and NPD.

Organised, able to prioritise under tight deadlines, and comfortable owning problems

through to resolution.
