Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and well-organized Sales Coordinators to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for coordinating international academic, scientific, medical, and technology conferences, communicating with researchers and industry professionals, and supporting conference planning and execution.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to gain experience in international conference management, professional communication, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international researchers, professors, scientists, speakers, and delegates through email and phone.

• Invite potential speakers, delegates, and Organizing Committee Members to upcoming international conferences.

• Follow up with interested participants regarding registrations and conference participation.

• Maintain accurate records of invitations, responses, registrations, and participant details.

• Coordinate with speakers and delegates regarding abstracts, biographies, presentations, and conference requirements.

• Provide conference information, including registration fees, schedules, accommodation, and participation benefits.

• Support conference promotion, delegate outreach, and registration activities.

• Work closely with team leaders to achieve daily and monthly targets.

• Assist with conference scheduling, planning, documentation, and event coordination.

• Prepare regular progress reports and update participant databases.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience; freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and email.

• Ability to communicate professionally with international participants.

• Good organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in a team.

• Positive attitude and ability to meet assigned responsibilities and targets.
